So it has now been 50 days. I just got back from Steamboat skiing with my wife. I had so much anxiety before going but I made it through skiing every day. She is very understanding knowing drinking can be a big part of after skiing, we stayed away from bars and cooked most meals in our room. We did go out to some but nowhere drinking was the focus.

I will say my anxiety is lower but still here. My blood pressure is lower. I am feeling much better. I definitely don't miss the hangover diarrhea or any of that nonsense. I don't want to hide out at home anymore. I am not missing work anymore, the list goes on from there.

I managed a 2 hour drive in a snow storm. I would never have been able to do that 2 months ago with anxiety and such.
