2 months! :)
 
..and i am starting to see the benefits.Panic attaks are gone and i think my antidepressant finally got the chance to start working!I had 3 months alcohol free last year but this time is different.This time is not just about NOT drinking.
It's more about reconnecting with myself.I feel like i'm 18 again!(The age i started drinking,firs time had a blackout!).
Thank you guys for being here for me and sharing your stories.You all are like a family to me and i love you.I wish you all the best.
