It seems that not drinking is just a habit, and it's been working for me for 3 Mos. & 3 Wks. now.

7 more days to complete 4 Months Sober.

I don't miss hangovers, but apparently, they miss me - and I still wake feeling like I've been drinking the night before.

Especially when I retire late and wake early!

Headaches go away easier when I remember to eat and keep something in my system.
