Roughly five months dry

Booze. The thing is it's not even really what I want anymore at heart. I know it's still there. Placed on the back burner of life. Not sure if that ever goes away completely at this point. It's easy to distinguish the real me and make the right choices, but it's still there. I can feel it. I am aware. I'm thinking that's a good thing.

Congratulations on 5 months. I think it's a good thing too. Yeah it's there but I don't want any part of it.

That statement alone is priceless.

I think I'll always feel that my av is there with an eye on me. But now I have 'it' bound in the same chains that held me and have finally determined that I hold the key.......I ain't lettin' that sucker out!
