as i said, not idea how long ...

But it has been longer than any other time most recently. Dad is coming along great; the snow & ice is not helping that aspect, but we're making due.

Anxiety is hell; sadly averaging 3-4 serious panic attacks every 2 weeks & no agency is willing to help .. Same w\ my pain. So other than crying myself to sleep & laying in bed to dad needs me, I'm not doing much..

Was invited to the Chicago dead shows; but no way in hell I could deal w\ the flight

But doing what I can to deal ...

Dennis

Live shows are hard in revovery. I tired to go to one and ended up leaving z (it was free no big band names ) but there was no way i could be around that.

Is it you having the anxiety attacks? If so have you seen your Dr? Some very effective meds to use in the short term ti over come anxiety.

Hi Dennis.

Glad to see a post of yours but wish things were better for you one day at a time.
I do hope with time ailments can smooth out for you and be manageable.

BE WELL

Hang in there, August. You're making some concrete steps toward your goals, that's so important.

The meds I'm prescribed worked great, but no insurance here & as I said no agency in this crappy state will help, so I'm just dealing .. Long involved story I don't have the time to type; sorry but its 25 degrees while typing this lol

Do you qualify for Medicaid, if you don't make much you might. Most states have state run mental facilities, in a city the size of Boston I am betting there is one. I wish you well.

I'm not in Boston & have no way to get to Baltihell city with the junkies; I'd probably pass out from an attack .. Baltimore county has refused me & I'm waiting on the federal government to schedule a court date. So until then, I'm in limbo hell .. Snows coming so going back in my cell ..
