So I made it through the day but it was a really close call... im so fearful of being weak. I got to 23 days last month an threw it all away for one drink that turned into a four day binder... I have to learn one drink is all it takes to put me back at square one.

Great job on day 4, I am the same. If I drink it turns into a runaway train, awfully hard to stop and turn around.
The simple thing to do is not to have that first drink....Simple, not easy. Well done Toni.
