So im back after thinking I could handle drinking again... I went four days at a time with drinking then stop few days then another four.... I feel horrible I seem not to be able to stop.... I havent posted in awhile to the point I forgot my password.. whew I was scared I hurried an just opened a new account .... my orginal name was tonib.... im back, my stomach hurt think I did damage. Im so scared...

Moderation never worked for me, is it your plan to quit for good now?

I did the same thing. Stopped for a few months and then went back drinking only Fri-Sun. Of course that didn't last and I was back to drinking wine every night with vodka to boot. I've now hurt my liver and am scared also

Thanks guys.. I just feel so stupid to ever think I could moderate myself.... I finally realized I can not ever drink again.... but I really want to but cant no exception.. I got to twenty days once an felt great but one glass of booze sent me back. Then today I got a glimpse of myself in the store window an I look like a fat bloated slob who needs her hair done.... I cant believe my knees are rubbing together again. I quit a few months ago an was at almost 50 days an lost 18 pds... how did I gain it back that quick.... booze an food in that order ..
