Day 1! Almost made it now
Been cutting down for the past couple of nights, with tonight being my first night free.
Full of paracetamol to ease the withdrawal, but it's 10pm and I'm lay in bed.
It's going to be hard, but I've almost dealt with today. I will deal with tomorrow in the morning!

easy on the paracetamol - it's really hard on the liver.
