hi everyone,
having read a lot of peoples posts on here i thought id join as it seems like n amazing support network and very motivational, i have been drinking for 3 years until last week, my life was falling apart around me and i knew i had to do something otherwise i was going to lose my family and quite a few friends, end up jobless and broke.
my health has been really poor, anxiety, depression, reflux, aches and pains etc, i went to see the doctors 2 weeks ago and got some tablets to help take me sleep, he then gave me tablets to take each day so if i drink ill be violently ill, so im now on day 5 and already im seeing a huge difference! more energy, heaps of motivation, and a massive lift in my mood! although i am experiencing shakes pretty bad today...even when driving my foot was trembling, not such a nice experienc. but as i said reading other peoples stories has opened my eyes and i hope to get my life back together soon!! i know itl be a long haul but itl be worth it!
