Well I started the month off great and ended ...not so great. Day 1 again. And it was like I was making up for lost time. Not looking forward to tonight and trying to sleep.

Also-please forgive me if I do respond to feedback. Not that computer savvy and have a hard time navigating this site or knowing when a post is made. But I am hugely grateful for all the support

Kris, the month isn't over yet; you can still end it (and March and April . . .) well.

Did you have in a plan in place? Have you thought about what went wrong?

No I had/have no real plan. What went wrong is secrecy. I did not want to tell me husband(who is a non drinker) I was trying to get sober because that would mean admitting I was drinking too much. So had a good 8 days and we went away. He ordered me a glass of wine at dinner and ....the rest happened.
So my "plan" today was to eat lots of greens, drink my detox tea, later take a detox bath and do a addiction hypnosis tape(or anti-addiction rather lol)
