Im new here.
Just wanted to say Hello & introduce myself. I've had a very difficult day but drink is not in my mind!

That is very unusual for me, as in the past that would be my first thought:"How dare they? I'll show them" and they remain ok and I spoil all my hard earned Recovery.
So it is early days: day 9 sober & I'm saying in my head:"Don't drink even if your ass drops off!".
I'm going to meditate to calm myself down
Nothing will improve if I drink. All these feelings will just be much,
much worse.
