Drinking Tea.

Hello everybody! Last drink was the Feb 19th, it consisted of 4 beers. I was up for 24 hours after that, with bad anxiety and a headache. That was my taper off, I hope. I am feeling okay at the moment. No unbearable symptoms but I feel sleep is not likely tonight. Just wanted to say hello.

Welcome Smartypants, I mean Sherlock! :P Tea sounds good right about now. I need a pick me up and green tea has just enough caffeine to do so but not keep me up all night. Going to start the kettle
