Acceptance as The Answer

I was reading my Big Book about Acceptance.

"When I focus on what's good today, I have a good day, but when I focus on what's bad I have a bad day."

"If I focus on a problem, the problem increases."

Today, I am going to a meeting at 2 today, I am going to focus on having a good day and focus on me.
