Well it is the end of day 19. Today went up and down with waves. How do you guys deal with the addictive voice that starts to panic when it thinks it will not longer get high/drunk again? I am trying to keep this one day at a time...its just that some days can be mentally long.

The thing to remember is that the AV is panicking because it knows it's losing. You've got 19 days sober and you're on your way. Your AV is going to be left in the dust.
