Its over.

My drinking days are over they have been for a long long time, the other night I got black out drunk and fell over and cut the back of my head, it's just another incident added to a very very long list.

Iam 2 days sober and feel awful but relieved that I don't have to live like this no more. Iam going to stop no matter what and put a plan into place, posting here is part of that.

Hope everyone is well. Peace

A plan built on that foundation has "success" written all over it.

Congratulations on your decision to live a sober life. You will not be sorry!

Congratulations regarding your no drinking promise to yourself.
The plan I and millions use that works is not to pick up the first drink. It’s that simple tho not always easy.
A people oriented program like here and or AA is so beneficial to attain long term sobriety.

BE WELL
