I did fall off the wagon again, however I'm now 30 days sober and attending 90 in 90 meetings. Life is looking up and I'm enjoying my new found soberiety!
Thanks Soberrecovery.
I've found that AA + SR and a little help from hadmyshare is a good combination.
I feel pretty confident this time and have no desire to drink.
Will check in more regularly.
Thanks for the support!

Well done handyshare. I'm new to SR but reading the comments and advice really helps. The AA meetings, readings and keeping a daily diary help loads. In treatment, I had to writ about my worst ever day drinking. If I ever waver, I read it again and compare it to a recent day. That soon puts me straight. Keep strong. You can do it. 93 days for me now..

2 days until 7 months.
Getting better now it feels like.
Having some new challenges, I used to 'solve' some of my life problems by drinking, I'm having to find new solutions to some of those life problems. New ways of reacting to them.
