Anybody feel like
I've been there many times. It's just the worst headspace to be in. 3 days alone with no sleep and crippling anxiety is torture. I really hate how withdrawal/detox takes so long. I found eating balanced meals throughout the day speeds up the recovery. Your brain needs nutrients to heal.

I'm glad you're taking steps to grow out your phase and all. But, aside from changing avatars and sharing your news. What other changes have you made? This is your life. Are you ok with the patterns that have emerged in your past? And how is this time different?

I feel like I could have written this in many ways, and that makes me feel a little better (a little) that I'm not alone. I feel worse today than yesterday. One poster mentioned that each hour is another hour closer to feeling better. That is true.
Hope you are doing ok.

Hang in there Briar..My first 2 weeks I felt like I was on a another planet in a different galaxy somewhere.....I had no idea where I was and what time it was half the time....Everything hurt and the world was constantly spinning every time I stood up...
Things slowly , and I do mean sloooowwwwwly got better....
Just be patient , hang out and chat ...Everyone's got your back , you're not alone in this by any means!
