I feel good about being sober. Lots of tempting looking drinking all around at restaurant but I avoided. I know it would just lead to ruin. It does help to think of it as an alergy. I still feel very guilty and a bit sad my valentines day with my wife is merely friendly, but I don't feel any love or romance from her. Even overlooking a really pretty view under the stars after dinner. I Guess I need to keep giving it time. Glad to be sober. Feel kind of down though, guilty of what I caused, just sad.

Hi Gardennerd. You resisted after day 15, that's brilliant. I couldn't have gone anywhere near booze when I first stopped.

I found my feelings and emotions all over the place.
