5 weeks today
So five weeks have gone by since my wife took me to the ER drunk, they told me to go home since the ekg they ran was ok. I don't even remember being in the ER which is scary as well. I have not really had much of any cravings but the up and down has been rough. The first few weeks all I wanted to do was hide.
Today I had a sight headache all day and the anxiety comes and goes although it is milder than a few weeks back. I have been drinking water and taking my vitamins, getting to bed earlier. This is the longest I have been so or since I was a teenager 17 years. My wife doesn't drink so that is a help
