49 hours....
 

Been a busy day. I made it 49 hours since I used last, had a compulsion to use earlier but luckily I had a therapy appointment and then class after that so I managed to get through it. I'm wiped out and hope to get a better nights sleep than I did last night. Just out of curiosity, has anyone who has gone through crack withdrawal noticed night sweats? Or is it just my bodies physiology?

Great work Justin. Alcohol was my DOC so I can't anwer your crack question, but it sounds like you are doing the right things. There is also a substance abuse forum here you could check out. Hope you get some good sleep tonight!
