Hi. My name is Caitlin5. I am new to this site, but have been an AA member for 30.5 years (started this journey in July, 1984). In fact, I use to teach this stuff! I'm probably repeating myself, but I've already forgotten what I've shared here. My friend, serenityfreedom, told me about SoberRecovery. What forum would be a "good fit"? Any suggestions? I have tendencies toward (clinically treated) Major Depression, too. A fine kettle of fish from Maine, U.S.A. I tell myself: "Relax--- I'm in God's hands." That seems to help when the Black Void yawns.
