It seems I like posting here. I feeling so much better. I slept well last night. I learned a few tricks that ends my insomnia stage way faster. It usually takes up to 3-5days just to even begin to sleep. But I find when I take apple cider vinegar drink a good amount of water as well as take multivitamin on day 1. Only the first night is horrible. I actually had a normal dream involving a coworker. Overall I feel happy I know I won't drink today but I had a odd type of voice. Something is telling me I can control my drinking. That I'm just going to give in anyways. But I just thought of a myriad of situations where drinking it doesn't fit anymore. Worse case senerio I hope I just have a slip.

Good for you on Day 3. There's no need to have a slip or to listen to AV which is not your friend. Stay on course and you can get through to Day 4.
