Hi, Secret! You are not alone. I also drank secretly (or what I thought was secretly) for many years until I started drinking all the time and my "great" life began to spiral out of control.
I first posted on SR 27 days ago. Being able to open up and be perfectly honest about who I am and my drinking lifted such a burden from me. With the help of SR, I have been sober since then, one day at a time.
