Sorry about your fallback.

Maybe you could put the drink down and hit early bed? Tomorrow could be your final day 1.

Not sure I recall your story, what program or plan do you use?

Pour the rest of it out and drink some water. Have some food and go to bed.

So, time to stop drinking now and start over. Get rid of the alcohol and eat something, try to get some rest. Do you have a plan in place for recovery?

Hi, rainyengland. Stop beating yourself up and take care of yourself. Let us know tomorrow how you're faring, won't you?

Don't beat yourself up rainyengland!!

For me if the plan wasn't working or I realised I was trying to do things on sheer willpower, it was time to change up the plan and get more support into the equation!!

Go at things again!! You can do this!!

Believe it or not, it could be worse.

You've come here and spoken up about what you've done. Draw a line under it, take a deep breath and try and move forward.

Welcome back rainyengland

Think about what you've been doing for your recovery - if it's not been enough, then looking at what else you can do might be a good start?

Welcome back, rainyengland.

Make your home a safe-zone; pour out all alcohol.

Drink plenty of water and get to bed.

Tomorrow is a great day to start focusing on a plan for renewed sobriety.
