one year
 

I find it hard to believe. Although I had done it before, many years ago, this time it seemed harder and I didn't think I could do it. With the support and encouragement of the good people on this site, I've suceeded. It's been a wonderful year! I got through the cravings, brain fog, and exhaustion of the beginning. Then a little ray of hope and happiness started shinning through. I no longer sit on the pitty pot feeling sorry for myself. I've come out of hibernation and have made great new friends and do some volunteer work. I am much more active. My financial situation has improved and I am less stressed. Stress and anxiety levels have dropped tremendously. I have fun plans for the future to look forward to and I enjoy each day. Generally, my life is manageable now and I have so much GRATITUDE. I could go on and on...but mainly I want to say thank you for being here, from the bottom of my heart. :ring
