13 months
There's 13 moons in a year, yet I've been sober 13 months. Meh, let's not keep things simple.
I decided to become sober, and so it was. Funny how so few seem to do the same, and yet so few seem to remain. I wonder if there's any coincidence here? Nah, must be something to it.
Thanks for listening to my lack of need to be heard.

Congratulations!!!
Some yank the plug on Alcohol and go their way living their lives. Others have buried painful events and trauma to different extent, deeply injured souls.
Those have a harder time as the root cause of their addiction re-surfaces and needs healing. Doesn't make them less, and the work and support to be achieved lies in them. If everyone could just yank and walk, everyone would get healed easily.
My 50 cents.
