19 days or 19 years- You will connect with many.
As far as"dealing with it all," when I was fresh I recovery I had someone fresher come up to me and ask for advise on how to handle what was going on in his life.
"dude, I'm less than a month sober. Any advise I have won't be worth a crap. I only know " get drunk" to deal with it. Go talk to some of the others here that have been sober longer."

Hardest bit is coming again the weekend
I used to go absolutely nuts in the weekend drinking all day 30 full strength beers!
A day,drink driving to the diggy park drinking IN the park whilst the WHOLE TOWN is a dry zobe (no alcohol consumption allowed in public $200 fine on the spot if cought!)
I'm going to write a farewell letter to my old buddy Tooheys. (Saw this on the SMARTrecovery forum think it will help me to find clisure)
I don't want him in my life anymore. I don't "need" him in my life anymore.
I have new "buddies" you mob.
Ready for three weeks
(day 20 today)
Guys and gals keep up the good work!
