Jillian, I was also faced with very bad blood test results. I know it is scary. It just means that our train has reached the station where we get off. It might not seem like it, but that's a good thing. I don't think I would have ever stopped completely gad it not been for those blood tests. I would have have kept going on that failed moderation merry-go-

I honestly thought I would never stop. I couldn't get a day one. You can too. After about six months you feel kinda like somebody who never drank to begin with. Except you know you can't drink again. Thing is, you don't really want to.

By the way: there are miraculous stories of livers healing on here with complete abstinence. Absolute, 100% no drinking. I've used them as inspiration.
