Day 3 - so tired

Oh my gosh, yes! The exhaustion is a huge thing!
I have relapsed numerous times and each time the exhaustion has got worse. The past couple of times I've ended up with the flu, so that's been fun(!)
With the exhaustion, I can only say that eating three meals a day, eating whole foods as much as you can and absolutely taking vitamins/supplements, are the way forward. You have to ride this out and be kind to yourself. I've been leaving work and going to bed immediately after eating dinner. It sucks but if that's what your body needs, then that's what it needs!

Day 3 was great for me, but 1 and 2 were hell. I think everyone is different. I would say get some extra sleep and drink a lot of water. For me my lack of real food the first court days really hurt me, but my stomach hurt so much I only had some toast and milk. Today I think I'm catching a cold though. Immune system took a beating last week.
