Ground hog day
I just realized its Groundhog Day. Alcohol for me was just like the movie, (stuck repeating the same day) I'd drink too much, say I was quitting then repeat. No more Groundhog Day!

I think the point of the movie--and the point for all of us--is that we have to change our attitude. Choosing to become sober is about far more than not drinking.

The film was great in that he tried to learn from the mistakes he was making, but when it came to alcohol I went round and round the same routine!!

Glad to be off that merry-go-round!!
