Hi all,
Just a quick check in on the morning of day 4 flying solo.
All is good. The roses I went to buy on Friday have to be back ordered, but that's okay, I'm getting what I really want. (In the past I would have probably just settled for what was there, which was beautiful, but not exactly my
vision).Keeping busy with yard work, some organizing projects and yesterday my Marathon cook with my friend ( now I have lots of goodies in the freezer). Also watching some good masterpiece theater in the evening inAmazon prime (have any of you seen Cousin Bette with Jessica Lange? V. Good).
I have been so busy that I haven't thought much about my safety concerns. Dogs are sleeping peacefully at my side as I type.
I did get invited to a super bowl party today. I Attended a lot of parties without drinking over the holidays, but I decided I'm going to skip this one and work more on the yard and preparing for a busy week. I don't wang to put myself in temptation's line of sight when I'm feeling especially vulnerable. Besides, my beloved Pac is out!
