and feel all miserable. I can't stop sneezing and I feel like my throat is full of daggers. I took the day off work today but I don't think I can tomorrow even though I want to. The other lady in my station is sick too and off and the other guy has a scheduled day off and the fourth guy is new, so I think I have to go. I'm having a little pity sickiepoo moment. I can't even sleep cuz I can't breathe and I have a headache again. I hate being sick!

aw, ((((zen))). Take care of yourself. Lots of crud making the rounds. Remember to drink lots of water and juice. See if you can manage some chicken soup. Can you have it delivered from the deli? can a friend drop some off for you? This is a good reason to keep some emergency cans of soup stashed with some oyster crackers.

also, try some nice lemon juice and honey in some hot water, like a tea. It helps! Try a soup full of honey for your throat.

I've been drinking the lemon and honey tea all day but I add ginger and a touch of cayan pepper. Also vicks, tylenol cold and flu, aspirin..... still barely functioning...... I'm dying.... send help.....
