Why do other people think you might have a problem? What have they observed that might make them think this?

When people that care about you told you they thought it was a problem did you stop?

If not, why not?

why not stop for 100 days and see how you feel. I know I had a panic attach when I thought about stopping for 100 days - but I know I have a problem. But if someone had asked me to stop a few years ago before I knew I had a problem I probably would NOT have liked the idea of stopping for any amount ot time..

this was my initial plan and after the two month mark I decided to make it permanent. I truly feel better and I feel this was my last chance before the addiction really took hold
