Standing taller...
I have noticed lately that I am standing taller.
When I was drinking, my posture suffered. I never cared about it because frankly I didn't care about myself only the booze.
Now I find, when I feel my posture slacking, I pick up my shoulders and stand tall and proud.
Amazingly, this small thing, makes me feel so good about myself.
Stand tall my fellow friends!!!

It's true! Alcohol actually destroys your confidence even thought people think they drink to get it. Alcohol creates deficiencies in drinkers that they think can only be solved by drinking. Stop the insanity!
