Dice up the spam add mushrooms green peppers onions. Put it all in a pan heat until peppers and onions are cooked. Add salsa 3 eggs beaten to pan. Cook until eggs are set add shredded cheese. Fold over into an omlete and enjoy.

Hi all,

Gonna jump on this thread as well..Im near the water on eastern long island and we are supposed to be hit hard..24 inches plus!! My beach has not recovered from superstorm sandy ..

Gonnachange..I also have 2 kids who know everything about traveling in the snow. One refused to come home from central NY yesterday and drove 7 hours in a nissan sentra in the snow today!
The other one just walked in from work and insisted on driving his car in this storm (which is unreliable)instead of my husbands...But they know it all!!

Everything is closed tomorrow. Roads are closing soon and Hopefully I don't lose power. We were told we are in the "widespread area that is expected to"

I hope I can post..stay safe and warm all

OK, no snow threat here. Just LMAO at the SPAM talk.

For those of you in the path of the storm: best of luck. Weasel, brilliant.

Confession: I've never eaten spam.

Snow has slowed down, probably temporarily. We're home with full bellies, safe, and warm. DS19 got home about 90 minutes ago from visiting a friend in Boston and we're going to settle in and look at pictures he took while he was away for the week. There's probably a decaf tea in my future.

Midwest has been blessed so far. Glad I don't live in New England any more but wish I was in FLA. Enjoy the snow. You can have it!

8:53 here, blizzard is starting to come in. Wind is crazy, no traffic other than emergency service vehicles.

We truly appreciate the support Weasel!!!!

I wish I was stuck at home for a couple of days in the snow. The dog loves it, and I do too. It was 63 degrees here today.
I will be with you all in spirit!!!!

I live over in a part of California that rarely ever receives snow and I was wondering why would people want to get wasted when it snowed?

Than it hit me, its the weather change that makes folks want to drink. Just another excuse to rationalize getting drunk. For Californians our excuse is when it first gets all sunny and beautiful outside; Summertime can be a huge trigger for some folks.

Am I right? Or can someone else better explain to me what it is about snow that makes folks want to drink?
