Day 1
 

Dear all,

I'm a 34 year old man, started drinking at the age of 16. I have a job and a wife. Few of my friends came over yesterday night and I had a 6 pack beer and today morning I feel like ****.
I want to say no to alcohol from today on and I count this as day 1.

I also have sinus problem and the cold beer worsens the situation, but still I drink beer, I think that's addiction.
