Transition anxiety

Congrats on 90!
I found the structure of the '90 days' to be helpful to help me focus my energy to produce good results, and I felt uncomfortable transitioning to open-ended feel to 'forever'.
So, I did a '2nd 90', with a new goal of doing some healthy behaviors for 90 days that would continue to put some distance between myself and drinking.
I think that really helped me move from 'not drinking' into recovery.
