Hi all... I'm on my third attempt at day 5.. I wanted to stay quiet on SR until I had got through these first few days AGAIN(as I felt embarrassed at another failure), but I am determined to succeed this time. I haven't actually craved a drink this time which is weird, as last time I needed meds from my Dr to help with the anxiety,insomnia and the shakes..I certainly hadn't decreased the amount I was having so perhaps my body is finally ready to be sober!
I'm hoping to continue my sobriety with a lot of positive thinking, a healthy lifestyle/diet, exercise and of course the support of SR. I will be checking on here now to keep on track....
