11 days sober
Today is my eleventh day sober. The headache was stronger than ever before. The site has encourages me a lot and give a confidence boost. The headache I sthe only withdrawal symptom I have. I drink off and on for 20 years, but Iam still in good shape. When will the craving stop

Everybody is diffrent with cravings... have you seen a Dr about the headaches ?
Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated as i was dehydrated in early sobriety

Welcome to the Forum Worthit!! 
Keep pushing through and in time things will get better, 20 years of drinking can't be sorted out in a matter of days or weeks, it's gonna take time for the body to adjust and heal!!
