I drank Hard for the better part of the last 10 years and tried to quit on my own before. I did it but was really uncomfortable. a year ago January I saw my doctor and he prescribed meds that made me comfortable for a 7-10 day period and I was able to feel well enough to quit from there on with the help of AA.
This could be the best present you could give yourself this year. Alcoholism is progressive and I don't know where I'd be if I hadn't sought help. Wishing you the best in the days ahead.
