day 4
today was a pretty good day.
casually mentioned to a few people at work that i will no longer be drinking and was met with very casual & positive responses, which made me feel SO relieved - one of the things that makes me feel nervous when i do not drink is dealing with the surprise, awkwardness, and sometimes pushiness that can occur as a response (i'm sure those responses will eventually come, and i will deal with them when they do).
feeling positive and am seeing a therapist for the first time tomorrow to discuss the issues with alcohol, among other things, that i've been having.
i hope everyone had a good day, and to those who did not - it will get better.

Congrats on 4 days KG your doing superb im so glad your friends at work were understanding
