The title of your thread 'made it to day 4' is wrong mate!
You have WORKED it to make sure you arrived at day 4.
You make it sound like you have suddenly stumbled here, but you have taken great steps and done many pro-active things to make sure you are doing all you can to not drink - the bank cards, the exercise, visiting here.
Its early days.
How you feel now will not be how you feel in 4 weeks, or 40 days or however long.
You will forget triggers.
You will trust yourself with money.
The cravings will subside.
Keep going.
Take it one day, even one hour at a time.
Every hour that passes, each day remember you are even further away from that last drink.
