Hello!

Whoa! Wait? Isn't that weasel from the weekender? But it's wednesday!

Anyday is a good day to post the joys of sobriety.

Up early and ran further than I ever did before. Working on the couch to 5k. Now don't get me wrong. I am NO runner. I don't wear funny clothes and all. (Yeah... You runners do... Accept it) but the thought of when I could not make it to work at least one day a week and here I sit. All smily and such.

Well.... Find your path. Stick to your plan. Get back up every time. Don't be arrogant about what life owes you... Be humble to your addictions. And live soberly.

K

Lovely post as always, Weasel. I got loads of running/jogging/funny clothes for Christmas. Time to take them out of their boxes methinks!

Thanks guys!

Strategery... I plan on doing my first in May or June. My company has two a year but I cannot make the first in April. I have done all my running on a treadmill with an incline. I need to transition to outside. So nothing would be worse than not getting to compete it my first try. And in Maine it may not be till April until we have clear ground.

Hi Weasel! Good for you to go running. I think I would collapse on the sidewalk after a block. I guess a treadmill would be a bit softer to fall on.

I think my running shoes are a good twenty years old. Hmm. Maybe I should start taking this fitness thing seriously. And get new shoes.

Until bacon time.
