2 1/2 weeks
My body already feels better & man,so many relationship that I've started repairing!Not drinking alcohol is the best decision I've made in 20 yrs.I think if someone set a shot & beer in front of me I'd puke.I pray that I'll never slip up,there is just too much to lose.I thought I would be embarrassed about being sober but it's the exact opposite.

Perhaps the greatest help I received early on was “KEEP COMING AND DON’T DRINK.”
Adding to that could be:
Even if you want to.
One day at a time in a row.
Even if you’re a$$ falls off.
My drinking will not get better with time.
Alcohol is powerful, baffling, cunning, insidious and addictive.
It can give a moment of good feelings then takes and takes and takes.
And on and on.
