Patricia, I also experienced huge anxiety and depression when I relapsed. It was so bad that it helped me get through the early days. Know for sure that you can do this.

Patricia , I had close call last night...I happen to come across some empty beer bottles and cans that weren't even skunked...Just the raw essence of beer...Eyes flew open , heart started racing...I chucked the bag out that was filled with them..

Then I grabbed an Ativan and sat on the back deck for an hour last night just starting at the trees last night trying to clear my mind...
