Day 4
 

This is the day that has got me for at least the past 5 years.
I not gonna drink today.
I have read it takes 3-10 days to really get alcohol out of your body.
Urge is there big time at this moment. But I am not gonna put that poison back into my body.
I'm gonna kill the beast!

Be strong TNjack, you can absolutely do this if you want to. It can take several days for your body to get rid of all the crap we put in it, day 4 was usually pretty rough for me too. Stick around here if you need more support, someone is here all the time.

Day 4 is followed by day 5, day 6 and it gets easier. Show the devil what you're made of this time!

Congrats! Day 4 is one of the worst days after detox in my opinion.

Day 9 here and feeling very good! You can do it.
