The vitamin B supplement I take every morning will counteract (or at least slow down) the liver damage and shakes from a half liter of vodka every night.

I remember thinking..I am totally speaking clearly and holding a normal,coversation or I. Know I feel tipsy, but I can totally walk straight... No one knows a thing.

I also told myself lots of lies...'I deserve a drink because I work hard/have got the day off/am sad/am happy/it's the weekend/it helps relax me.'

Also..'my drinking hurts no-one except me'...

And the best one of all..'I could stop anytime I wanted to...'

I don't need to stop, but I maybe I should think about cutting down (a little) . . .

It's only a bottle of wine....this one's only 12.5% ... the one I had last night was 13%.
