Today I woke up in a completely clean house. Slept pretty well, though still a bit restless. I feel much more energy though. The fatigue is going away.

Day 7. Never thought I could do it. As I've said before, just wanting wasn't enough for me. Dedicating myself to the effort was the key. And now I really just don't feel like drinking. I don't even think about it that much anymore.

Next Tuesday a doctor's appointment to get them to give me a physical check-up. I'm not nervous about that though. I think it'll be all right.
