Day 3 - Some bumps but feeling confident
I lurked on these forums about 3 years ago, slipped at day 2 back then.
A few things have happened 3 years on that I believe that it is critical that I give up drinking, and today is Day 3.
- We just had twins
- Getting more responsibilities at work, and I can feel myself slacking off
- Put on weight all over. Looked at a few recent pictures and compared them to previous ones, and my face looks so swollen now.
- I am getting to the realization that I should be saving more money.
So here I am again, it's Day 3, the first 2 days were a little tough. Burning off the anxiety and the negative energy by running like a maniac once I get home from work, and having dinner right after.
Having a tough time falling asleep, but once I do I am getting a good sleep with lots of dreams , and can't seem to wake up on time.
Feeling more fresh, energetic in the mornings. Face seems tighter. And I record my blood pressure daily just because I have a monitor at home.

This time it is for real. I am going to tell that to myself over and over again.
