Better today
What a difference one day makes. Just wanted to say thanks to all the kind replies to my post yesterday. It helped me make it through the day. Oh and of COURSE...yesterday ended up being a snow day for me, so instead of going to work, I was able to "work from home." Never good for me. But with you all's help, I made it through, and today I already feel almost as good as I did before I relapsed over Christmas.
Yesterday I drank my sparkling water, had some tea, got some work out of the way, and then basically just curled up on the couch until it was time to curl up in bed...and proceeded to sleep for 12 hours! 12!! I really believe it was catch up for the last weeks of drinking. I wokeup a few times feeling really weird...not quite night terrors, but somewhat like it...thought I heard noises or whatever. And of course, woke up drenched in sweat. But its all good. Today I am back on track and feeling good.
Thanks all.

Lola23, had a better day, FANTASTIC, glad to here it. Early on it was torture, but I just suffered through it and now 4 years 6 months sober. Sounds like you'll be there too, rootin for ya.
